Notes to the rental rates:

The weekly rate is for the rental of the villa with up to 4 people staying. Included in the price are water, gas, electricity, and a weekly change of bed linen and towels. Initial breakage deposit/bond payable at time of booking. Discounts for longer lets. Weekend to weekend bookings preferred but some flexibility possible.
